ADVERTISING & REPRODUCTION OF LITERATURE: CalibreScientific US, Inc. encourages its customers to utilize the CalibreScientific US, Inc. literature and website to promote its products. CalibreScientific US, Inc. is happy to supply color photographs to its customers upon request. Please obtain the permission of CalibreScientific US, Inc. prior to advertising CalibreScientific US, Inc. products. Complete copy (for new advertisements and reprints) must be submitted to CalibreScientific US, Inc. for written approval so that we can assist you in assuring the accuracy of the description. Advertising refers to any printed matter relating to CalibreScientific US, Inc. products. In addition, all CalibreScientific US, Inc. literature and internet data are copyrighted and may not be reproduced in part or in whole without the express prior written permission of CalibreScientific US, Inc. Customer shall discontinue any reproduction or use of CalibreScientific US, Inc. trademarks or copyrighted material when requested to do so by CalibreScientific US, Inc. If a company is notified that it is no longer a customer of CalibreScientific US, Inc., it shall immediately discontinue use of such material. Unauthorized reproduction is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

CREDITS & RETURNS: All large quantity returns are subject to review and refusal by CalibreScientific US, Inc. We will not accept returns without prior authorization (RGA number must appear on outside of carton and on all paperwork involved) as well as reference to original Purchase Order. Merchandise held beyond twelve (12) months, specially fabricated or modified merchandise, specially labelled items, partial broken cases or discontinued items CANNOT be returned for credit. Accepted returns will be credited less restocking charge (15% for orders received within 0 to 6 months and 25% for orders received within 6 to 12 months) and must be returned freight prepaid. No credit will be issued until the returned goods have been received by CalibreScientific US, Inc. and are verified to be the goods stated and in re-saleable condition. CalibreScientific US, Inc. requests that any goods shipped back to CalibreScientific US, Inc. due to an error at CalibreScientific US, Inc. - such as incorrect item shipped, be shipped back to CalibreScientific US, Inc. on our collect FedEx account, ground method to minimize freight charges on returned good.  Contact customer service for this information. A Credit Memo (CM) will be issued at this time and emailed as confirmation of receipt and verification that the goods were in satisfactory condition. In case of our error, full credit will be issued upon receipt of the incorrect item. Credits that arise from billing errors will also be verified by sending the customer a CM.  Customers will not be allowed to take "debits" prior to the receipt of the CM and the CM number must be referenced when taking the debit.

INTERPRETATION: All orders for CalibreScientific US, Inc. products shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Any additional or different terms contained in customer's purchase orders or other communications, shall be void and have no force and effect. Customer is deemed to have agreed to the terms stated herein by its submission of a purchase order, acceptance of delivery or payment for products.

DAMAGE: It is the responsibility of the customer to notify delivery carriers in the event of receipt of goods that are in damaged condition. If the damage is not caused by shipping, claims must be made to CalibreScientific US, Inc. within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise.

WARRANTIES: CalibreScientific US, Inc. only warrants that products supplied by CalibreScientific US, Inc. under nor mal use and application are free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform with CalibreScientific US, Inc. specifications under observance of chemical, physical and biological properties. All other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded and disclaimed. CalibreScientific US, Inc. warranty for any product supplied by CalibreScientific US, Inc. is void and of no effect, if such products or parts thereof have been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, unauthorized repair or other use not in conformity with intended purpose.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND LIMITED DAMAGES: Customers sole remedy against CalibreScientific US, Inc. for any damage, loss or injury resulting from customer's order, including any defect in any CalibreScientific US, Inc. product, shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product. All damaged products must be returned to CalibreScientific US, Inc., freight prepaid, in accordance with CalibreScientific US, Inc. written instructions. In no event shall CalibreScientific US, Inc. be liable to the customer or any other person for any indirect, special or consequential damages or lost profits.

DISCOUNTS: Additional volume discounts may be available on large purchases of one product, contact CalibreScientific US, Inc. for a quotation.

DISCONTINUED ITEMS: CalibreScientific US, Inc. will use its best efforts not to discontinue items during a calendar year. Whenever possible, CalibreScientific US, Inc. will notify its customers in advance of the discontinuation of a product.
